\nWe ship to EU countries. Please allow 1-2 weeks, based on where in the world you are, to receive your International Orders. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
\nIf an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, VA Group reserves the right to retain the original shipping\/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.<\/p>\n

\n– and the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.

\nWe ship to EU countries. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the order value (only for Bulgarian market) and location.
\nFor Bulgarian market:<\/strong>
\nAll orders under 110.00 BGN (VAT included) are charged with a fixed flat shipping rate of 4.50 BGN. Orders above 110.00 BGN (VAT included) are with free shipping rate.
\nFor Romania and Greece markets:<\/strong>
\nWe use a flat shipping rate of 5 Euro added at the final checkout page giving you a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
\nEuropean Countries (Romania and Greece excluded)<\/strong>
\nWe use a flat shipping rate of 12 Euro.<\/p>\n
\nIf an item is visible on the site, it is available for purchase. When the item becomes unavailable you will not see it on the site.<\/p>\n
\nIf you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. \nOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
\nIf your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank account or paypal account. You will receive the credit within 2 business days.
