Separate the leaves from the stems. Wash and dry. Cut the leaves into large pieces. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of olive oil and spread evenly over a pan covered with baking paper. On top sprinkle coconut flakes or sesame seeds and some salt. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven at 200 \u00b0 \u0441, no fan. If you want crisper chips, increase the baking time by 5 minutes.
