Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 business days Monday – Friday 8am – 1:00 pm excluding holidays.

CARRIERS

We choose Sppedy Delivering Partner for delivering our orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to EU countries. Please allow 1-2 weeks, based on where in the world you are, to receive your International Orders. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, VA Group reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

ORDER TRACKING
After your order is processed we will send you via e-mail:
– the Carrier company name
– and the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
Your order will also be updated with the tracking information and you will find your delivery tracking number by logging into My Account page.

SHIPPING RATES
We ship to EU countries. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the order value (only for Bulgarian market) and location.
For Bulgarian market:
All orders under 80.00 BGN (VAT included) are charged with a fixed flat shipping rate of 3.00 BGN. Orders above 80.00 BGN (VAT included) are with free shipping rate.
For Romania and Greece markets:
We use a flat shipping rate of 5 Euro added at the final checkout page giving you a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
European Countries (Romania and Greece excluded)
We use a flat shipping rate of 12 Euro.

BACK ORDERS
If an item is visible on the site, it is available for purchase. When the item becomes unavailable you will not see it on the site.

RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate your return please email info@lunchbox.eu with your order number, order date and personal information. Please include the receipts that you may have. Call us at (+359) 879 560 496 if you have any questions.

You may review your purchase before accepting it. The shipping expenses will be paid by you.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank account or paypal account. You will receive the credit within 2 business days.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
