SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Delivery Service with tracking and drop-off without signature.

If you prefer express delivery an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Flat Rate shipping is valid. Carrier service will be selected by Lunchbox during the shipping process. Flat rate orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from lunchbox.eu, we will gladly accept returns on any new, unused items within 15 days of purchase. Once an item has been used or washed, it is no longer considered new.

To return your unused items, simply contact us by telephone, email, or through our contact form and we will assist you through the return process.

Returns shipping is payed by buyer.

You have the possibility to send products back to us through Merchandise return option. The number of days during which a return request can be made is 15 days. During this time you have the ability to ask for a return authorization.

Return in the time of purchase:  If you return the product just after recieving it, you will use the coureer who has delivered you the product. By paying and receiveing the product it is considered as accepted.

Return within 15 days of purchase
If you decide to return the product within 15 days of its purchase, you can do that in case the product is not used. Follow the steps 1-10 of the return process. Your return will be confirmed the moment:

  1. You initiate a return process (see bellow: Return process section)
  2. The order has to be in the time of validity – 15 days form the time of delivery.
  3. We get the product in our store
  4. The product check is complete and product is considered as new. Once used, the product is no longer considered as new.
  5. The receip ticket is applied in the return package.

If one of this 4 is missing, the merchant return will be denied.

We will send you the money through the payment method you have chosen.  When we confirm product return you will be refunded and you will receive a credit slip.

An order will be refunded partially or totally. Within 15 days return period used products are refunded partially with 50% of theit price.

Once the order is in the “Delivered” state, the “Add a product” and “Remove products” turn into two new buttons: “Return products” and “Partial refund”. You can choose to return an item (provided the order is still in the time of validity). In order to do this, you must do the following:

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Access the “Orders History” section of your account.
  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
  3. Select the product(s) that you wishe to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  4. (optional) Add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why you want to return this product.
  5. Once the form is complete, you click on “Make an RMA slip”, and the request is sent to the store manager in our company. The request appears as “Waiting for confirmation” in our Return Merchandise Authorization page.
  6. The refund process can take several steps, which are indicated by the RMA status. There is just a handful of statuses, which can follow the whole RMA process: Waiting for confirmation. Waiting for package. Package received. Return denied. Return completed.
  7. Once the return is approved we will refund your money through the payment method you have used. In case you paid by cash on delivery option, we will send you the money, you will have to send us on custommersupport@lunchbox.eu your bank account details.
  8. All shipping expences are covered by Lunchbox.
  9. If product is used we no longer consider it as new. In that case you will be refunded with 50% of product price.
  10. If a receipt ticket is not applied in the return package, the return process con not be applied. Lunchbox policy to accept or deny a Merchandise return.

WARRANTY

All lunchbox products carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. During the warranty period we will replace any faulty parts. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. This warranty assumes “normal” use.
