Ingredients
- 300 g biscuit dough (recipe in the above link)
- 250 g full fat cheese
- 250 curd
- 150 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- Juice of one orange
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp gated orange zest

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Roll out the dough and set into a 30 cm baking tin well greased with butter and flour. Cover with baking sheet and put 2 cups beans over. Bake for 10 min. Remove the paper and beans and bake for another 10 min. Leave to cool completely.
- Meanwhile prepare the filling. Combine the cheese and curd, sugar, orange zest, orange juice and milk. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, butter. Beat until smoothly blended.
