- 400 g green frozen beans
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In dry pan set sesame seeds and heat until feel their fragrance. Remove the seeds aside.
- Pour the oil in a skillet and saute garlic pepper .
- In boiling water boil green beans for 5 minutes. Drain from the water and add the olive oil and garlic.
- When acquire golden color, add the sesame seeds and cook another 3 minutes
