A real crowd pleaser, this “company potatoes” are great for Easter side dish. The best way to make them is by using fresh potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter and Cheddar cheese. And so it is.

Important: Small portions are best. It’s rich. And feeds a crowd.

If you want to make it further in advance, do not hesitate to assemble this dish without baking, cover and refrigerate and then let it sit out at room temperature for a while before baking.

This recipe is a keeper. Might add some other herbs and spices (chives and garlic powder) to vary the flavor profile depending on the meal.
