- 1 tbsp of capers
- 5 chopped wild garlic leaves or 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 120 ml olive oil
- 120 ml Parmesan cheese shavings
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 egg, boiled 2 minutes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Remove the shell from the egg that cooked only 2 minutes and place it in a blender bowl.
- Add all the ingredients of the sauce (excluding salt and pepper) and mix until you get a smooth texture.
- Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
