Mix the sauce ingredients
Brush the pork-cutlets on both sides then bake for 15 minutes;
Flip, brush with remaining sauce then grill for 5 to 10 minutes until cooked through and beautifully caramelized.

The pork cutlet are ready when an internal thermometer reaches 70 °C.
