Easy „banichki“ with mint and spinach

Instructions

1. Put the flour in a bowl. Add salt. Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour the milk, egg and the olive oil and knead the dough. Let rest for 20 minutes, covering it with a towel, so as not to dry up.
2. Meanwhile, make the filling. Wash and dry the spinach. Cut it finely. Sprinkle with salt and mash with your hands. Drain by pressing it between your palms. Cut the onion and mint. Mix the spinach with the cheese, add the mint, egg white and onion. Taste with salt and pepper. Mix.
3. Divide the dough into 10 equal balls. Roll out each ball to a diameter of 15 cm circle. In the center, put 1/10 of the filling. Fold the two opposite corners slightly and curl to make tubes. Arrange in a tray covered with baking paper greased with some sunflower oil.
4. Brush the patties with a yolk, broken with 1 tsp of water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in preheated to 190 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
