- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions
- Salt the zucchini and let them drain nice. After about a half hour press them between your palms to remove the excess water.
- Put them in a blender and add remaining ingredients.
- Blend well.
