If there is a favorite sauce for warm weather that is saturated with freshness and lightness, then this is this classic and favorite milky mint sauce with lemon juice.
It is suitable for cakes and pies, as well as for baked potatoes, roasted meats, and vegetables.
Variation:
Put on 2 layers of kitchen paper over a colander and pour 400 g yogurt on top. Place over a bowl and let the milk drain for 30 minutes. Transfer the drained milk into a bowl, cut a cucumber into small cubes and continue with the recipe. You can skip the mayonnaise if you wish.
