Pizza Margherita is the favorite to all children. It is easy to be cooked, so easy that even my boys prepare it themselves. To make two pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm. you need dough from 300 g. flour (50% white and 50% rye). See how to prepare the dough for pizza here.

Tip: Knead dough according to recipe, as shown in the recipe. Put half in the freezer.

Bake the the pizza for dinner and fill the lunchbox size L for the next day.

When the pizza is made with whole wheat flour, it is a filling dish. Children hardly would eat more than half a tray.

When we offer it with a portion of salad, we have a well balanced Lunchbox menu.
