Why to make hemp milk?

UNSATURATED FATS FOR BRAIN HEALTH – Unsaturated fats have been linked to reducing the risk of dementia and Alzheimers. Those with diets rich in the omega-3s found in hemp seeds (and DHA supplements) are less likely to experience either disease.
