In the season of holidays, vacations, trips and trips, we need recipes that are ready as quickly as unpacking and loading the washing machine after another trip.
These quick breads are made in exactly 20 minutes from start to finish and will successfully replace a slice of bread. You can serve them with cheeses, spreads or as an addition to soup. They are perfect for a picnic in the Lunchbox.

How to make them
You only need 5 products: Butter (or lard), yogurt, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Start by placing the butter on the stove to melt completely. During this time, prepare the products by placing them in a bowl and placing baking paper on a tray.
Pour in the hot oil and watch as bubbles bubble up in the mixture. Small children will love this and you will explain to them about the effect of soda.
Then quickly assemble the dough, do not knead for long, just enough to gather the products into a ball. Press with the palm of your hand on the worktop and form a disk with a thickness of 2.5 cm. Use a ring with a diameter of 3 cm or as much as you like and transfer the bread rolls to the tray. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 C with the fan on.
Store the loaves in a bowl covered with foil or in a bag. They will stay soft and fragrant for a whole week. The beauty of these is that you easily break them open with your hands like you would an Oreo cookie and you get perfect halves ready to spread with cream cheese.

Variations:
- Use white flour instead of spelled. Or use lard instead of butter. You will get excellent result.
- Make cornbread by mixing 50% white flour and 50% corn flour. Add 30 g of grated parmesan to the dough.
