- 1 chicory, sliced
- 1 fennel, sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1 tbsp Vinaigrette sauce, homemade

Instructions
- Slice fennel and chicory finely.
- Heat a small pan until very hot. Add the walnuts for a minute. Remove to cool.
