Ingredients
- 6 tbsp light winter salad dressing (recipe in the above link)
- 2 apples cut into slices
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 cups green salad mix

Instructions
- Toss apples with 1 tbsp oil and thyme in medium bowl. Roast in a preheated pan over medium high heat until soft and golden, for about 5 minutes.
- While the apple are roasting, toast walnuts in a small baking pan until fragrant for 3-4 minutes. Let cool.
- Just before serving combine green leave in a large bowl, toss gently to mex, Divide the greens among 6 serving plates, grizzle with dressing and top with roasted apple and walnuts.
