Ingredients
- 300 g ready-made puff pastry
- 1 tbs flour for dusting
- 500 g asparagus
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 4 slices prosciutto (Parma ham)
- 4 slices Gruyere cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the pastry on a lightly rolled surface and cut it into four 15 cm squares.
- Steam the asparagus for 12 minutes until tender, drain well and arrange in a single layer on a large plate.
- Sprinkle them with the butter and the grated Parmesan cheese. Divide the asparagus into 4 bundles and wrap a slice of Parma ham, followed by a slice of Gruyere cheese, around each bundle.
- Place the bundles on the pastry squares and wrap the pastry around them, allowing the tips of the asparagus to protrude a little.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes until golden. If you like brush with egg yolk.
