The pizza pocket filled with autumn flavors, using beetroot hummus as a base, which you can prepare on Sundays and include it in the Lunchbox throughout the week.
For the dough, we used a little of the bread dough, which you knead on Sundays, only increasing the amount of dough to use 150 g. from the bread dough for the pizza pocket.


Keep the dough in the fridge for a few days, and when you decide to make a pizza pocket, just take it out of the fridge, roll it out and make the recipe.
