Bread in strips with sesame and thyme

Bread in strips with sesame and thyme

This attractive Bread in strips with sesame and thyme is reminiscent of a pretzel. It has a wonderful delicious, crunchy crust and a soft, fluffy core that tastes like sesame and thyme. In addition to the thyme in the dough, add olive oil, which on the one hand gives extra flavor and aroma to the dough, and from the other – makes the crust crunchy.

The dough can be kneaded by hand or by using the food processor or bread maker machine.

In the recipe we used white flour, but you can use a mixture of white flour type 500 and flour of durum wheat in a ratio of 1:1.

Use the bread to arrange a beautiful sandwich for the Lunchbox. In the slits put yellow cheese, ham, green salad, tomato, mozzarella, and you will pleasantly surprise the child on the day for Sandwiches in the lunchbox.
