The toasted sprouts are dressed with light orange dressing to perfection. To sweeten this deal even more, they’re topped with mango fruit and toasted almonds for a great flavor combination.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Brussels sprouts, washed and cleaned
- 3 tbsp light orange dressing (recipe in the link, above)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mango cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds
- 30 g butter

Instructions
- Fill a large pot to 3 cm. Bring to boil and put the Brussels Sprouts for 5-7 minutes. Drain water and transfer to a pan heated to medium high with 30 gr butter. Toss for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and set into a large serving bowl.
- Toast almonds into a small pan for 3-5 minutes and let cool.
- Cut the dill and add to Brussels Sprouts, toss with orange dressing. (recipe in the link above)Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread over the almonds and sliced mango.
