Ingredients
- 450 гр. cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- 2 liters home-made chicken stock
- 2 stick 40 см. leek, cut into pieces of 2 cm
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh cream(optional)
- Chives sticks to garnish

Instructions
- Put the peeled potatoes into a pot with the stock. Bring to boil. Then lower the heat and stem for 15 min. Add the cauliflower and continue to cook 10 min more until the veggies tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and stem the leek and the cloves. Pour into the pot.
- Blend and serve with 1 tbsp fresh cream. Garnish with chives.
