Cauliflower pizza

Instructions

1. Wash and clean the cauliflower. Cut it into chunks. Remove the core. Place in a food processor and pulse until you gain "rice" consistency.
2. In a saucepan heat 2 cm water until boils. Add in the cauliflower. Steam for 5 min.
3. Preheat the oven to 220 C.
4. Drain the cauliflower. Allow to cool then place in a clean dish dower. Squeeze as hard as you can to remove the excess water, then place it in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1 egg, oregano, basil and salt. Stir in the mixture.
5. Line a baking sheet and spray lightly. Spoon the cauliflower mixture. Use you hands to form a square 20 x 25 cm.
6. Place in the oven for 30 min until the crust is golden brown. Then remove the crust from the oven and top over the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for another 7-10 min, until the the cheese is melted.
7. Cut into sticks and serve with white milk sauce or with warm marinara sauce.
