For this gorgeous and easy recipe use the dough for Croissant you make. Arrange the puffs in the evening, cover with foil and set in the fridge. In the morning preheat the oven, brush with yolk and let them bake while you are getting ready for work.
They are great even cold.

If you are in a hurry, use a store-bought dough, but be careful with the ingredients. Try to find dough made with butter, not palm oil.
