Green salad with basil octopus is an excellent way to bring variety to salads.
As much as we love them, always adding a non-standard combination will give them charm.
Today we share The salad with marinated octopus in basil olive oil.
Marinate the octopus and refrigerate and enjoy it during the week in your Lunchbox.

How to make basil olive oil?
Cut half cup basil and put it in a mortar. Stir until smooth with a little salt, 3 tbsp olive oil and pepper. Transfer to a jar and pour in 100 ml. olive oil.
For the marinated octopus:
Heat water in a pan, add 100 ml. white wine, bay leaf and allspice. After the water boils, put in i200 grams of frozen octopus. Cook for 30 minutes. Drain, cut into pieces and place in the jar with basil olive oil. Store in a refrigerator.
Pack in your Lunchbox to enjoy the office lunch!
