Oven-baked chicken fillets

Instructions

1. In a large bowl put the chicken fillets cut into large pieces. Combine yogurt, mustard and garlic and pour over the chicken. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 200° C.
3. In a plastic bag, mix flour, paprika, baking powder, salt and pepper. Remove chicken from marinade and add, one piece at a time, to flour mixture. Close bag and shake to coat. Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Brush with sunflower oil. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
