Zucchini balls are a favorite dish. To make them balanced, we have added oatmeal, blue cheese and eggs. They are a convenient Lunchbox food because they are delicious both hot and cold.
The raisins balance the tastes and adds delicateness.
If you prepare the mixture on a Sunday, you can cook them for up to 2 days, but do not cook the oatmeal. Put them raw as to allow them to absorb the excess liquid.
If the zucchini are too juicy and the mixture looks watery, put it in a colander for 5 minutes and continue with the recipe.
