Ingredients
- 60 g basil leaves
- 30 g parsley
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese ( or 20 g grated Pecorino cheese )
- 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pinches of sea salt
- 50 g pine nuts

Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine the basil, parsley, Parmesan garlic and nuts. Process until finely chopped.
- With the machine still running, slowly add the olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
