Ingredients
- 300 g white four
- 150 ml water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sachet baker's yeast
- 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
- Put the four, salt and yeast in the bowl of the food processor fitted with the metal kneading hook.
- Use the kneading button on the bread function. Mix for a few seconds. Then with the appliance still running, add the water and olive oil.
- Leave it to knead for 1,5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp tea tower and leave it to rise somewhere warm until has doubled the size.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Shape it and garnish the pizza with the ingredients of your choice: tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, mozzarella, etc.
- Season the pizza, sprinkle on oregano, and drizzle olive oil. Decorate with anchovies and a few black olives.
- Preheat oven to 249 C. Cook in for about 10-15 minutes.
