Pork with leeks is a favorite dish for the cold days of grandma’s old notebooks.
We changed it a little by cooking the meat and leek separately and assembling them for 10 minutes in the pan in the oven, because the meat requires more cooking time, and when we cook them together, the leeks seem to disappear, and we can’t enjoy it.

An easy and satisfying dish for a very quick dinner. Marinate the meat and store it in the refrigerator. You will assemble the dish in just 20 minutes and have a quick and very tasty dinner, part of which will enter your Lunchbox.
