Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C without a fan.
2. Cut the cheese into 4 identical pieces.
3. Put 2 phyllo crusts on top of each other and scatter 1 tbsp of the butter over. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of the crushed nuts.
4. Put one piece of yellow cheese in one corner of the prepared crust diagonally. Transfer the corner of the zest to the yellow cheese and roll the cheese 2 times.
5. Fold the left and right side of the crusts over the cheese and roll the cheese tightly, leaving the end of the crust underneath, under the cheese.
6. Repeat with the remaining cheese pieces.
7. Arrange the patties in a tray covered with baking paper lightly greased with butter. Grease the patties on top with the remaining butter and put the pan in the oven.
8. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
9. Serve with a spoonful of jam of your choice.
