Roast pork with apples and fennel – Apples give a slightly sweet taste to braised pork roast. Fennel and coriander seeds add extra flavour to a truly delightful roast.

Tips:

Use a deep tray 25×30 cm or clay tray. Cover tightly with baking paper and two layers of foil in step 4.

Serve with a rich green salad and baked potatoes.

You can store the remaining meat in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and freeze the baked meat in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Defrosting – transfer from the freezer to the refrigerator until the meat thaws and then warm up in the oven or in the Steam Oven.

Reserve some meat for your Lunchbox tortillas.
