- 30 g white or rye bread crumbs
- 2 garlic gloves, very finely chopped
- 1/2 red or green pepper, roasted
- 1 tsp tomato puree/paste
- 120 ml olive oil

- Soak the breadcrumbs in water then squeeze dry.
- Put the breadcrumbs in the food processor with the garlic, roasted pepper and tomato puree. Process until smooth.
