- 2 cups red beet, garted
- 1 apple, grated
- ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Peel the red beet and grate it with a grater. Do the same with the apple.
- Heat the pan on the stove and roast the seeds for 1-2 minutes to reveal their flavor and aroma.
- Mix all products, mix well and serve.
