Spring potatoes are a favorite of all spring season. There are thousands of ways to prepare them. We prefer the option with the least commitment and less fat.
First boil the potatoes for 20 minutes , then put them in the oven. Thus, potatoes do not wither, do not have to constantly watch them, and most importantly, still remain delicious even cold.
Serve them with light vegetable soup and you will have a light, delicious and fragrant dinner.
