Fish is a must to add food into kids lunches at least once a week. We are sharing our lunchbox friendly recipe – Swordfish cakes, which will satisfy each kids’ tastes and preferences.

Tips:
- To remove the skins from tomatoes, pierce each with the tip of a sharp knife. Then plunge into a hot water for 1 minute. After a cold water rising, the skin should peel easily.
- Use this recipe when you have a leftover cooked fish and potatoes puree for and create a completely new meal. A time saving recipe.
- You can replace swordfish with salmon.
