Notes:

  1. It’s better to bake the meatloaf in a loaf bread pan because: it cooks more evenly; stays juicier and holds its shape.
  2. The glaze adds look and flavor.

Serve with creamy mashed potato. For a low carb version, try out a cauliflower puree. Add steamed greens and you have yourself an epic home-cooked plate. Enjoy!
