The key lime pie is an emblem for hot weather with its citrus freshness and lemons delicious touch!
It is an easy pie but needs at least 4 hours in the fridge before serving.
For the pie shell, you can use any biscuits you have at home biscuits: graham, shortbreads, digestives. We used the Limoncello biscuits to intense the lemon flavor.

Note: The pie shell is quite fragile, you can put it in the freezer for a few minutes to firm it up before cutting it.
