Spring soup with saturated dark green color of spinach and nettle, to meet the fresh days properly.
Make this soup at home when the nettle appeared on the farmer’s market in early spring. Do not forget to put on gloves when working with the nettle, because you risk sting:)
Serve with crackers. We love it with gluten free cauliflower bread, or with nut crackers, but you can choose whatever you want to eat right now.
