This elegant and easy to make appetizer can be made with almost vegetable such as carrot or celeriac.

Tip:
To avoid last-minute fuss, make the timbales a few hours ahead and cook while the first course is been eaten.
Serve them on their own as an appetizer with a little white wine butter sauce or with a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
Reserve on pot for your lunchbox as the appetizer is delicious also when cold.
