Zebra Cake-easy, spectacular and economical

Instructions

1. Prepare the spring form, placing on the bottom baking paper and lightly smear it with oil. Sprinkle 1 tsp crystal sugar to make it easier for you to separate the cake from the tray after baking.
2. Beat the sugar with oil for 5 minutes with the blender. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls in equal parts.
3. Make the vanilla mixture, adding in the first bowl 175 g. flour, 2 tsp baking powder and mix well with a whisk.
4. In the second bowl add 25 gr. cocoa, 125 g. flour, 2 tsp baking powder and grated orange zest.
5. Transfer the two mixtures to 2 pastry tubes, cut off the tips so that you get a small eyelet that will allow you to spray the dough under pressure, but not to pour over.
6. Pour a small amount in the middle of the pan from the vanilla mixture, about 5 cm. diameter, then take the tube with the cocoa mixture and pour about 5 cm diameter on the vanilla mixture. Alternate the two blends. Each subsequent layer will then push the previous one. Even if you spill, don't worry. You won't ruin the zebra effect.
7. Squeeze from the two mixtures, alternating them and always in the center of the tray. This will push the mixture to the end of the tray, at the same time making the stripes that will make this amazing zebra cake effect.
8. Insert the spring form in preheated to 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
