- 250 ml water
- 80 g light butter
- 150 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- 150 g grated yellow cheese
- a pinch of salt
- pepper
- savory and linseed for sprinkling

Instructions
- Turn oven to 220 degrees. In a saucepan put water, butter, salt and pepper .
- After boil, step away from the heat and pour the flour. Mix intensively with a spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture. Return to the heat and keep stirring for another minute .
- Step away from the heat, add the egg and mix with mixer.
- Add the next egg and beat again and so with four eggs. Pour cheese . Mixer again.
- In a pan on a baking sheet with teaspoon take from the mixture and shape into balls on the tray. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Sprinkle tops with savory, linseed or sesame. Bake 20 min . Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
- Stack lunchboxes and voila: the picnic is ready :) Do not forget to pick up a thermos full of lemonade.
