Tortillas are one of the favorite foods for Lunchbox. On the market there is a wide selection of tortillas we often use to save time. But we all know that the taste of the purchased tortillas is not what we want.
Our alternative is this protein tortilla, which looks like a big pancake. There are eggs, milk and some flour in it. No puffs and no fat.
In the recipe we used pasta of ground fresh basil with olive oil, but you can use fresh spinach or kale.

How to make a protein pancake?
Mix the products, pour the mixture into a tray measuring 25×20 cm. and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, turn over the tortilla, remove the baking paper. Spread cream cheese or sour cream on top. Sprinkle grated yellow cheese or ham. Roll a roll. Wrap with foil and put in the refrigerator for a few hours or up to three days.
Remove the foil and, with a sharp night, cut rolls of custom thickness.
