Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 3 tsp honey
- 75 g walnuts chopped
- 75 g steel-cut oats
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey for drizzling

Instructions
- Cut the apples in half length-ways and use a small knife to cut out the cores to leave a cavity in the center of each apple half. Place the halves cut side up, on a baking sheet into a tin.
- Place 3 tsp honey, oatmeal, cinnamon and walnuts in a bowl. Stir and combine well. Press the mixture into the cavities in the apples.
- Put the apples into a tin. Cover with aluminium foil and place in a preheated oven to 180 C and bake for 20 min. Uncover and bake for another 10 min or until apples are soft but still holding their shape. Serve warm or cold.
