Ingredients
- 300 g boletus
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp dry mint
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 cups chicken broth or water
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste

Instructions
- Melt butter in a soup pot over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in butter with 1 pinch salt until the mushrooms give off their juices; reduce heat to low. Continue to cook, stirring often, until juices evaporate and the mushrooms are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Mix onion into mushrooms and cook until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 more minutes. Add the thyme add garlic cloves.
- Add the flour and stir. Add the water, bring to boil and let cook for 10 min. Add 1 cup of milk and continue cooking 5 min more.
- Season with salt and black pepper and serve.
