Cheesy chicken balls

Instructions

1. Preheat the frying pan with the oil. Add the onion and garlic and gently cook for 5 min. Add the red pepper and cook for 5 min. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
2. Add the chicken, yogurt, bread crumbs, parsley and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide and shape the mixture into small balls (big walnut size). Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 min.
3. Place each ball into a beaten egg, then roll into corn flour and put over a tray, buttered with oil. Repeat with all ball.
4. Put into a preheated oven to 200 C for 20-30 min until golden.
