Corn flour pancakes with meat and veggies

Instructions

1. Pancakes: Put the flour into a bowl with the salt. Beat the eggs and add them to the flour. Mix with a mixer and add the water as to get the pancake mixture.
2. Heat the pan and cook the pancakes. The mixture is for 6 pancakes. Set them in a plate and cover with a towel and keep warm.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, corn starch, garlic, wine, honey ginger, red pepper flakes and vegetable broth. Set aside.
4. Heat the sunflower oil i a large skillet, cook the meat until starts to brown. (4-5 min) Add sauce and stir in with the meat. It should start thicken. Add broccoli and cook for additional 4 -5 min until broccoli is tender and sauce is thickened.
5. Put 3 tbsp of the filling over a pancake, wrap it and set into a buttered tin. Repeat with the rest pancakes. Set over the grated cheese and bake for 20 min in a preheated oven 180 C.
