Ingredients
- 2 tbsp avocado
- 2 cups cooked bulgur
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp home made mayonaise
- 1/8 hot pepper flakes
- 6 chickpea tortillas (20-24 cm diameter)
- 6 sheets nori
- 200 g mozzarella cheeze
- 1 cup chopped avocado
- 1/3 cup soy sauce to serve
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cut strawberries
Instructions
- In a small bawl combine 2 tbsp avocado and mayo. Add 1 tsp salt and lemon juice Mix well.
- In a medium bowl combine bulgur, green onions and hot pepper flakes.
- Line each tortilla with nori. Arrange 2 tbsp bulgur mixture equally over the nori sheet. In center of each wrap add avocado sauce, cut mozzarella and avocado cubes and strawberries cubes. Fold both ends over filling. Wrap and serve with soya sauce.
