These Almond tile biscuits are named after the french roof tiles they so resemble. Making them is a bit challenging so bake only 6 at a time until you get the knack. With a little practice you will find them easy.
To achieve this special form we use a simple technique of setting the baked biscuits while still hot on a rolling pin.
These biscuits are a perfect snack. Serve them with a cup of milk or as a breakfast with plain yogurt.
