This feeling you can create easily for your kids for two months with just one sunday kneading. The dough in this recipe yields 16 rolls. Freeze 14 of them for each week – you will have an express breakfast at hand.
How to freeze muffins:
Make rolls as directed in the recipe. When you reach the stage: baking, reduce baking time. Bake them just four minutes at 200 C. Remove from oven, allow to cool completely, then place them in a row next to each other, put in a bag and then in the freezer.

Idea for a salty rolls:
You can repeat all the sequence and make savory buns stuffed with cheese, ham. You can leave them without filling. If you decide to have a salty taste, reduce the sugar to 1 tbsp. The other steps for making remain the same. Spread them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or savory.
